Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, Venmo, and cryptocurrency. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments must be completed within the specified time frame. Rates are locked at the time of order creation. Late payments may result in order cancellation. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check your local regulations regarding the importation of research peptides before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products, we have strict return and refund policies:

• All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is demonstrably defective
• Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• We may offer store credit or replacement products at our discretion
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria or show signs of tampering or misuse.
